Intermas in Canada
The German manufacturer and provider of innovative electronic packaging solutions Intermas-Elcom GmbH headquartered in Langen (Germany) expanded its sales organization by founding a Canadian sales office and proudly announce that Intermas Canada Inc. has been established on June 25th. 2009. The corporation is registered in Uxbridge, Ontario and will serve the Canadian marketplace with the entire Intermas product range.

Intermas-Elcom acquires APW Enclosures SAS in Beauvais, France.
Intermas-Elcom GmbH acquires the French subsidiary of the APW-group. A Sales and Purchase Agreement for the shares of APW Enclosures SAS has been signed July 25, 2007 in Paris.
Intermas - Elcom GmbH based in Langen and Eisenberg (Germany) is a manufacturer and provider of innovative modular assembly systems for electronic applications from the component level up to integrated systems solutions. With the take-over of APW Enclosures SAS (former VERO Electronics) Intermas is improving its market position in France and expanding its product scope in the field of electronic- and kiosk solutions. APW Enclosures employs 30 skilled employees and is generating a turn-over of approx. 5 Mio. Euro.
Local production capabilities and engineering skills ensure modifications of standard products as well as fully customized system solutions within a short lead time. A certified quality management system in accordance to ISO 9000:2000 is in place.
